An in-depth diagnostic interview using the DIVA-5 tool. This initial assessment focuses solely on diagnosis and evaluation, and is offered remotely.

Follow-up consultations give time to review your progress, discuss wellbeing and adjust your treatment plan. Includes professional review and treatment planning.

Practical strategies to help you navigate day-to-day life — emotional regulation, focus, social skills, and educational or career development.

Already diagnosed as an adult and able to provide supporting documentation? Book a review to discuss your current treatment and overall wellbeing.

Objective symptom data to establish a baseline before treatment or to reassess progress. Includes a 30-minute consultation with a clinician by video call.

ADHD Active is a private service and is not covered by the NHS. Payment is taken in advance for self-funding patients. Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking — see our terms and conditions.
An adult ADHD assessment is £375 and a child assessment is £575. Follow-up appointments, coaching and care packages are priced separately.
